Cash Advances

To request your cash advance via Online or Mobile Banking:¹

1. Log in
2. Locate Transfer Money and select Transfer Between Accounts
3. In the 'from' field, select your Platinum Visa account from the pull-down navigation menu
4. In the 'to' field, select your First Financial deposit account from the pull-down navigation menu
5. Input the desired amount to transfer and Make Transfer

¹A cash advance finance fee of 4% per transaction with a minimum of $5 will be charged for any cash advance drawn against your Platinum Visa. A finance charge begins to accrue on cash advances from the date you get the cash advance or from the first day of the billing cycle in which the cash advance is posted to your account, whichever is later.

²Free balance transfers when completing a Platinum Visa Card Balance Transfer form through Online Banking (under “Card eServices”). Free balance transfers may also be used with convenience checks to pay other lenders only—otherwise you will incur a cash advance fee. Balance transfers are not valid for First Financial loans.
