Volunteer Eligibility Requirements

• Be a First Financial member in good standing for the past two years
• Work effectively as a team member
• Bring experience or attributes that contribute positively to the Board of Directors and/or Supervisory Committee
• Cannot be an employee or volunteer at another financial institution

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in training and educational programs
• Participate on credit union committees
• Attend First Financial Board of Directors meetings
• Attend additional Board-approved meetings, sessions and events

Volunteer Program Training

• Receive comprehensive training through our curriculum and guidelines
• Gain a better understanding of First Financial's foundation, structure, governance, policies/procedures, and strategic direction
