About Revocable Trust Accounts

Even with a Will, your beneficiaries may face probate court and fees before receiving the assets you’ve intended for them. We specialize in offering Revocable Trusts, which allow your hard-earned money to be distributed as you intended—without probate, hassle, or unnecessary delays. Revocable Trusts also provide flexibility, as they can be modified during your lifetime to adapt to changing circumstances.

To open a Trust Account, please provide copies of your Trust Agreement or Certification of Trust pages that indicate:

  • Type of trust (Revocable or Living Trusts only)
  • Name of the trust
  • Date the trust was established
  • Names of the trustors
  • Names of the trustees
  • Names of the successor trustees
  • Signature and notary seal

All trustee must be available to sign documents. Remote options available. In order to begin processing your request, we must receive all necessary documents.

The trustor/grantor/settlor is the person who creates the trust. The trustee is the person who manages the assets in the trust. In some instances, the currently acting trustee may not be the original trustor.

An owner of a Trust Account is the person who has the power to modify or revoke the terms of the trust, referred to as the trustor/grantor/settlor within the trust.
